It is not surprising that Community Acquired MRSA strains may be replacing nosomcomial strains, BUt the good news is the rsik factors are similar and aoutcomes too. In another study authors looked at comparing septicemia due to CA-MRSA and CA-MSSA. Findings suggest that there is no difference in 30 day mortality.
