Models for Managing Anticoagulation

Anticoagulation is potentially dangerous unless used appropriately. Long term care is mandatory to maximise the benefit and reduce the risks i.e Inta cerebral bleed. Three models are described and the one practiced in our hospital is Anticoagulant clinic model.
