The Serotonin Syndrome

Sternbach's diagnostic criteria for serotonin syndrome include at least three of the following features: mental status changes (confusion, hypomania), agitation, myoclonus, hyperreflexia, diaphoresis, shivering, tremor, diarrhea, incoordination, and fever.
