A Good Death- Can you offer this to your patients?

Death is a certainty in life. Yet for an event that affects us all, the care of people nearing death is neglected in many countries. We are not doing any better. Many of our patients don't even know why they are dying. We have never been taught how to approach patients near end of life and we have all learned by trial and error.
