Liver induced pulmonary disorder

Hepato pulmonary syndrome has three components

• Liver disease
• Pulmonary vascular dilatation
• Defect in oxygenation

Usually patients have signs of chronic liver disease and signs of pulmonary syndrome such as cynaosis, finger clubbing, orthodeoxia. If you want to see a image of such a patient click here.
